i did...quality is terrible....didnt have much to work with....

Pics are terrible. Design aint bad. Next time, when you're dealing with a low-resolution pic, add a "Grain" effect to it in Photoshop. THEN,scale it up to the desired size. After scaling, re-apply "Grain".
That techniques covers the blurry look pretty good. I've used it over and over to handle blurry pics.
