Fake VMP?

So, my girlfriend bought these for me without my knowledge and they look suspect in the one pic the seller posted. I tried to cancel the transaction a couple hours after but the seller said he had already shipped them. I will probly still get my money back bc Mercari is good for it but I just wanted some feedback, it’s bugging me now lol
