Fantasy Football question vol. Frank Gore vs Ray Rice

im in a keeper league and i cant keep both. Last year, I drafter Frank Gore in the 1st round so if I keep him I will lose my 1st round pick. I drafted Ray Rice in the 6th round so I would lose my 5th round pick if I chose him.

Side note: I get to chose 3 keepers....Aaron Rodgers, Gore or Rice, Cedric Benson or Beanie Wells.

Im a huge 49er fan, and I dont think this is even a debatable question. Especially because of your draft rules.

That seems like the route im going to go. Every ranking basically has Rice and Gore right behind each other. My only concern with Rice is the touchdowns. But then Gore always has a chance to get injured.

Everyone has a chance to get injured.  They are both great running backs.  Some feel Rice is better, some feel Gore is better.  But if one costs you a 1st round pick and the other costs you a 5th, this is really a no brainer.
