just be careful man. working out and fasting don't go together at all, you could easily send yourself into diabetic shock ( a sugar coma) if you workouthard and don't have the proper energy (food) in you.
I mean - you'll probably be alright b/c you just won't have the energy to workout very hard without a ton of food.. it's kind of the body'snatural defense against that. But you just might wanna consider taking it easy while fasting.
