Skip Bayless is that dude who is always gone say something crazy and not be that far off the truth.
Truth be told, I like all the anchors more than the analysis though overall at ESPN.
They have an opinion ( some have been legit writers) but they don't have to always carry the bland personalities at night. Or the overly exuberant personalities during the day

Reali is a good host. I like the dude well enough. Woody is that old corny dude who is somehow still cool, like somebody above me said. Plaschke (sp?) is that old dude who has never been cool so he's negative as hell all the time. Adande is solid but too passive on the show because he's younger than the rest of the cast. Bob Ryan is GOAT.
Cowherd just likes to hear himself talk. Beadle survives with a "cute" personality and at least some familiarity with most sports. You can tell her family was big on sports growing up and she soaked it in. I'd hit, easy.
Jeremy Schaap and Scott Van Pelt are the best reporters/commentators of the younger generation. Bob Ley is the best of the older.
Tirico is a perv and Werder is Geraldo Rivera's WASP brother.
Hannah Storm is a straight-up cougar. You know Dan Hicks ain't hittin' that right.
