anyone saying any brand of vs/vsop pisswater is just fooling themselves and has been manipulated by marketing. SOme good suggestions have been made here, but more foolishness overall than not. Ron Zacapa, Classe Azul, wild turkey kentucky spirit, ron matusalem gran reserve, flor de cana 23, the 100/150 grand marnier as mentioned, some solid grappa, and random liquors are all good choices. Obviously there are several more. I'm not one to go for vodka straight up, I want flavor and complexity which good vodka, by definition, lacks.
