I would say Wiz Khalifa. Dude is just insane. I like Crooked I and Bishop Lamont as well. Joell Ortiz is on the come up. Saigon I wouldnt consider mainstreamto me yet, but has a bright future.
Others include Jae Hood, Sheek Louch, 40 Cal, Hell Rell, JR Writer. I know these dudes are polpular but they dont put out videos every week and arent on thebillboards radar. Thats why i dont consider these guys mainstream.
Ill post more later.
 
My favorite dude who doesn't get hardly any mainstream light is Brother Ali. If you ain't heard of him, check him out.
