So I live in Brooklyn and am in the city most of the day. I had a FedEx package recently and decided to do the hold for pickup since the package was mailed express and I wouldn't be home at 10:30 in the morning.
They gave me three choices: one in Astoria, one in forest hills, or the maspeth location
Is there a reason why I can't have the package held at a manhattan spot for pickup?
Can any FedEx employees shed some light on this?
