bought some shoes, shoes came not as described. tried to reason with the seller, he says they were in perfect condition when they left his hands. i made a video receiving the package and opening the box with the marks and flaws on the shoes. escalated file to a claim what are my chances as the buyer to get my money back?

i dont know what else to say. i dont do over the internet money transfers with someone who doesnt have like a 99% approval raiting or unless its a corporation.

Only thing about your video is, who's to say you didn't open up the box, beat the kicks up and then repackage it? If you got some good shots and covered all basis of the box, you should be ok but just be ready for that to be thrown at you.

Lol who makes videos of unboxing shoes? But anyway, it is going to take a while to find out if you win. I've had to do it twice and won both, make sure you take pics of the marks and show pay pal (don't think the accept videos) and show where he claimed they were perfect

I only made the video cause the person wasn't answering any of my emails. Shoes came in a week and a half later than the purchase day

OP youre good... As long as you didn't send as a GIFT then you will get your money back. Paypal will make you return the shoes so you might have to provide tracking info for proof of delivery but other than that you should be good.

Buyer Protection for Paypal customers is CRAZY. They dont give a flying $%!* about sellers.
