INUTAK and ICE CREAM

Inutak is a  yummy rice cake, soft, creamy and usually eaten when still warm. It is topped with ice cream like apple pie ala mode.

bring your fav Filipino food for tom's release

Ok. Assist us here so you can get your answers

1) TASTE: It is very sweet? sweet? sour?

2) TEXTURE: It is crunchy? smooth? flaky?

3) Are you getting this as primarily DESSERT only? Or is it a SNACK?

4) Do you normally have eaten it in the MORNING? AFTERNOON? MIDDAY?
