Financial aid question..

so heres the deal, my father does not live with us, he lives in europe and cant leave cause he has a business there.

When i filled in my info, i put down my moms tax info only.
They called me saying that they need my fathers tax information...now does it matter if i tell them that my father does not support us? Will i get a betterchance of getting the financial aid? or just tell them straight up?

Tell them you have no knowledge of your father and that hes not supporting you.

The trick is you cant use the same address he uses for all his affairs.

What if they ask if my parents are still together? Do i tell them i dont know or theyre legally together but theyre seperated?
