and everyone say there good legit but one guy talking bout

tongue little funky said too indented..... i wanna make sure

before i rock it.

look fine to me man.. post a few more pix if you want more confirmation but from what i can see i think your fine....Unlace them and look down the sides of the tongue.. should say "Twenty Thirteen" IF it does it should be very clear and noticeable IF so they are legit.. Fakes can have this mark now too but its not as clean.
