I know that you can change the background colors, the tiles and their colors, font colors too I think. OEM can add stuff. But once the phone gets rooted, I'm sure there will be a lot more options
LG C900 rumored to be 'Pacific,' E900 gets hi-res blurry pic, missing link D900 doesn't exist (yet)
Turns out the Secret Society of Blurrycam isn't just a group of freelancers. Courtesy of the Windows Phone NL group comes a pretty high resolution -- albeit slightly out of focus -- shot of the LG E900 / Optimus 7.That ain't enough for you? Boy Genius Report claims it's heard from a source that the LG C900 will hit the scene as Pacific, and if that sounds familiar, we kindly point your attention to a Pocket-lint piece from late July where Microsoft product manager Greg Sullivan namedropped a LG Pacific without elaborating. One and the same? Tired of waiting on Windows Phone 7 devices? Us too -- one day at a time.

Windows Phone 7 powered HTC T8788 shows off slide-out speaker

The launch of Android may have gotten off to a pretty slow start, but it looks like HTC plans on jumping back into bed with Microsoft for the Windows Phone 7 launch later this quarter. Shots of the At&t bound HTC T8788 have just surfaced and it looks like HTC will be bending the mold just a little. The HTC T8788 will be the first HTC handset to feature a slide-out speaker. We’re pretty sure most HTC fans would much rather have a full QWERTY keyboard instead of the speaker, but you’ll have to wait a little longer to find a good replacement for that HTC Touch Pro2 you’re still holding on to. Most other Windows Phone 7 handsets we have spotted from other manufacturers are all starting to look the same, so we’re somewhat glad to see HTC is going to be offering a “unique

After the numerous device leaks from different manufacturers we've seen floating around the Internet more and more with the upcoming release of Windows Phone 7, we've seen some initial blurry shots of the LG E900 likely to be launched in Europe.
Looks like the same device got some pretty decent pictures and reveals a nice design, it is rumored to run a 1.3GHz processor in the form of a Qualcomm QSD8650A system-on-chip. The device will also have integrated GPS, proximity sensor, accelerometer, all the usual suspects and promisses to deliver better 2D/3D graphics performance as well as support for HD video recording and playback. Check some videos below and tell us your thoughts on the LG E900.

Sigurd Snørteland, that young software developer, has been turning out all sorts of cool apps for Windows Phone 7, including this latest one that is dedicated to just Channel 9 aka Microsoft's video repository of new tech and gizmos.
'myChannel 9' runs brings up the latest Microsoft info and streams the Silverlight content right to your device. Basic yet very functional, seems like a great app to get when available. Like his other apps, he'll be publishing the source for others soon.
Very cool stuff. Make sure you check out his other offerings, like his Wall Street app.
[Thanks Sigurd, for the tip!]
