The Mexican restaurants I go to that give you chips and salsa, the salsa comes in one little bowl for everybody to share.

Was more so referring to Gatherings, like the clip suggested.

But when it comes to WING dipping, WHO on earth is sharing sauces?

We talkin wings or chips and salsa?
Either but we are talking about

Personal: Wings
Public (PArty): Chips (Dips)

wings or drums doesnt really matter to me.

honey garlic or any bbq style sauce is never ok though. those are the simp sauces

and people saying fried hard/well done/extra crispy are trippin...why would you want some dry assed wings that someone has cooked the hell out of?

Using hands in publicly shared food items is very #Cultural
I used to work at this catering place and we’d bring tongs or other serving utensils for everything except pizza. Always felt weird about that

sometimes we’d bring boxes of individual sheets of wax paper to grab the food with

It is such a small piece of chicken (with SAUCE) that it doesn't even matter if it is "so dry." (Assumption)

The point of eating fried food is for texture.

If fried food isn't completely crispy, it is an absolute waste of calories.

Yall can keep your limp fried chicken skin on default settings.

FRIED HARD for everything.

i've had soggy skinned wings way more often than overcooked wings

it's not easy to overcook wings in a fryer to the point that they're unpleasantly dry

"Dry" is usually the comment made by people that aren't veterans of asking for food cooked hard. They don't know any better.
