I would pull the trigger, but I found out they're 11.5 and im 10-10.5

Dang that sucks, you could always do what I do and stuff the front of the shoe with the tissue paper out of the box. It makes it a little easier to wear. Butit worked with me for half sizes up I dno about full sizes. Wouldnt hurt to try though
