I have the 07 royals, also. Best Retro Royals out of all retros to come out imo.

Thanks for reiterating the 2007 version is the best. I never knew because I never got them.
I heard the 2008 House Of Hoops version was OK. I think they were limited in quantity though.
But it's common agreement that the 2011 version was terrible. I saw them back then and thought they looked bad.
The only royal pair I ever got in my life was the 2017. I heard a lot of positive feedback about them. They're still holding up good for me.

Found my HoH royals and my 09 eggplants. Love these two pairs. 09 eggplants had the best color to the eggplants, i never cared for the color of the pairs that came after them

These really flew under the radar but I do think they’re one of the better Foamposites to release in a while. The red swoosh pops in person.

Found my HoH royals and my 09 eggplants. Love these two pairs. 09 eggplants had the best color to the eggplants, i never cared for the color of the pairs that came after them
You did a nice job of keeping those. Just dust them off and they would look almost like brand new. And no noticeable damages either. But sorry to see the soles coloration changed with time unfortunately due to natural process. Hopefully you can safely restore the original color one day if you choose to.

I remember when the cactus foambz pics first leaked and it was this model with glow in the dark sole and when they dropped it had the solid neon sole.This pair doesn’t get much love I don’t feel like. Real simple

Then like 5 yrs later these dropped and sat at the hoh. I even passed on them at the time. Great shoe tho.

Yeah the sample pair was transparent with a yellow/lime tint. Team Decade actually has that sample. I wish I could find their old YouTube video showing all of the Foamposites they have, it was like 12 years ago but they had so much stuff that you hadn’t seen. It was crazy

At least I have another thing I can wear the Foamposite Knicks colorway with in addition to that Knicks warm-up jacket I posted previously.
I ain't going out of my way to get some rehashed Ewing Athletics shoes to correlate with the jersey since they're not widely available like that and unless I can get them mega cheap or free.
These Foamposite will work because of colors and the shoes originated in the 1996-97 season as well.

They need to focus on some of the older colorways (Pearlized Pink, Electric Blue, Electric Green, Electro Lime, Galaxy, Metallic Red, Gone Fishing, Phoenix Suns) and go back to the basics and release plain colorways with translucent soles, and stop releasing so much garbage foams with print. For instance, a Foamposite One in the same color scheme as the Foamposite Lite Nate Robinson wore in the slam dunk contest, that would fly off the shelves.
