Foams do get tight on your feet if your just sitting down for a few hours... I've been on a 5 hour plane ride in foams and wasn't too happy when I got up ...

Walking around then for awhile, they become too clunky and the side where the carbon fiber sticks out tends to hurt a little on the side of my feet.

If your feet smell like the north end of a south bound cow thats your issue.

If I'm taking foams on a trip I wear them during travel, they wasted space in luggage, rather the smaller and light stuff in there.

I Do Alotta Flying In An Out, Haven't Had Any Issues With My With My Foams!!! Really Comfortable, Mines Fit Perfectly Fine!!! Rock Shattereds Yesterday!!! Got So Many Complements Glad I Didn't Sleep

Combat boots don't form to your feet while sitting down... I've worn combat boots on a c130 with my m16 and a 203 attached to the bottom and guess what ICBs > foams ....
