So i finally got the courage to remove off my sole protection from my gym greens...ill start my "For the Love Of A Clear Sole(Sole Protection Lovers Thread)" with detailed images of this.. and also reapplying the soles.. ill link some photos of things when im done and tell some of the guys in here who hit me about sole protection things and how and if they last..

You think so? I think these ugly cws have tarnished the foam name. There hasn't been a foam in recent memory that didn't sit long enough to get hit with the disco. Even the Knicks foams can be had for below retail and they're pretty nice imo.

Would be hilarious if they put a map print on the foams
Colorway should have something to do with the colors of the subway and bus lines that connect the 5 boroughs

Because ******s actually think they are Yeezy's. It is ALL hype. Shooting Stars were an actual sought after foam (Penny actually wore them in a game). ******s buy anything with pink in em now or the Yeezy "brand" hahaha. These last Foam releases are driving me nuts. Lets all post more customs or FAKES and say they are releasing soon haha. The day a One drops without a Cent logo I will officially get out of the shoe game. Nike is NOT that dumb. Penny IS the Foamposite. My half or 1 cent.

Yeah I know. The Foamposite was going strong until 2013 when it just got crushed by the awful idea to stray away from 2-4 color colorways. (Sole, Upper, Swoosh, Lace, etc.) At this point it looks like Nike is purposefully messing with us, they have a shoe that really can't be ruined UNLESS they put funky prints on it, and that's what they did, now it looks like they're refusing to switch back to solids.
However, that being said, the Laser Crimson cw was by far the best one last year. Even though I preferred the shooting star Foamposite, I wasn't about to drop $500 on a pair of shoes. (Nobody wanted the Little Penny Posite, especially for $250.)

The Shooting Star Foams alone "COULD" of sold for $500 alone (would of sold out either way). Actual collectors wanted them. We got a free shoe with em. Any non casual shoe collector loves the Lil Penny's. everyone is bxtching about price. Try '97, there was the Jumpman, and the Cent logo. ANYTHING with a Cent logo was WAY more then a Jumpman, I just laugh at people wearing Pro's, they HAVE NO idea about shoes. Nike put that GIANT swoosh on the side for a reason.

I'm one of those people that can't justify buying a pair of shoes for over $300... The Little Penny Posite didn't do it for me, just like the last few reboots of Charles Barkley and Scottie Pippen. It was too reminiscent of the LeBron XI for me, which I didn't like either.
And both of the Foamposites came out in 1997... The Pros with the Pearl colorway. They weren't worn as often by Penny but still.

I watched EVERY Orlando game that year. He NEVER wore Pearls. He had One Cent PE Pearls. I was 13. All I cared was what shoes he wore (before HD tv, hard to see) show me Penny wearing Pearls. The Ones cost more anyways.

The shoes are still Foamposites just as much as the others are.
Going by the Penny only logic, we'd be getting re-retros of the Royal Blues every other year. (Which I wouldn't mind, but still..)
