I'm actually gonna go ahead and give the heave-ho to the leg.
Fried? ...def the breast gotta go , I like my chicken breasts in the oven or off the grill
Fried dark meat, I avoid. Never been a fan. Never cooked hard enough for me
Nah, you just can't cook it long enough for the insides NOT to be "wet" without totally burning the outter crust.it's not the pot, it's the worker, gotta mix shorty
Gotta do it like this shorty
Clockwise, counter-clockwise, it's all in the wrist shorty
I just hate WET chicken. Even when cooked hard, the thigh still has juices that remain. I have never had a piece of DRY dark meat. Why the hell would u want dark meat cooked "hard" it's supposed to be juicy.
The thigh is the best fried piece imo.
First you got that skin on top.
Then you got that thicker skin on the bottom that's like a combination of soft skin and hard skin.
Then after the skin there's that top flat piece that's kinda like white meat, and underneath on one side is that nice dark meat you get a great bite out of.
Then the other side with that long piece that has the gristle on the end.
Maaan. Best tasting chicken piece.
The "bony" side of the breast and the chicken back also have great flavor.
Sure, call it juicy if you want. Chicken has a slimy texture when it isn't cooked enough. All of the tendons and slimy meat being "juicy" isn't a selling point for me. So I stay away from dark meat when FRIED.By wet do u mean juicy?
The skin under the breast is good but it's thin.
The skin under the thigh is almost like another part of the piece. It's so fatty and thick and good.
