Then I’d say a minimum of 30 minutes to make sure the flavor sinks into the meat.

I don’t cook curry regularly. Hell, don’t go looking for it often either. I’d say I had curry or jerk seasoned food 4 times the whole 2018. 7 tops

Just curious do you always wear shoes in the kitchen or throughout your place?

I usually don't but sometimes I do... I had just got back from Sprouts and started prepping everything. Took longer than an expected too, I thought I was gonna be able to throw the whole roast in there, but I had to cube it... took forever just cutting the roast in half.
