Threw rosemary
Whole onion and bunch of garlic in a blender
Rubbed it all over the duck
Seasoned it with pepper and salt

asparagus roasted in oven
Just olive oil and salt and pepper

And lastly made porcini mushroom risotto

Bun bo hue. Looks so trash compared to when I eat it in the restaurant. All the bo is under the noodles. Just looks like a bowl of bean sprouts and noodles.

So I made them exactly like ms Claudia and they turned out crazy good.
I've made many types of wings since I got an air fryer and these are by far the best.
It's such a complex flavor and also I loved the smell of these cooking.
