It's sweet with a bit of a ketchup and sweet & sour taste but it's not overbearing which is good. Has a spicy kick to it. I first tried it on deep fried shrimp and I could tell right away it's the type of sauce that could go with anything. Not gonna lie, I made avocado toast with boiled eggs, mayo, and bacon this morning and dripped some sauce on top and it hit
