Whenever I go to my nearest taco/burrito shop and it’s crowded, I always hear people order things with “lengua” and “cabeza” in it. Anyone ever tried that stuff?
Yes, great stuff. Lengua is tongue, cabesa is head. I only like Lengua when warm because it's tender that way, but cabeza is sort of the same meaty/ fatty tenderness like ox tail or short rib or something like that, really good.
