I seen a next one where they took the fish out the tank and just dumped it in the wok with hot oil. Fried it up for a bit, then plated it. The head and tail fin was uncooked. Just the middle of the fish. The mouth and head was still moving on the plate and cats ate it like it was nothing. Just wicked.

I use Quang Tran's recipe for fried chicken too.
However the written recipe and what he uses in the video look way different.
Real liberal with the seasoning.

EDIT : It's been a while I'm eating amounts of rice and semolina, tired of pasta, not eating enough vegetables (or not at all ? ), eating chopped steaks, fish cakes, sausages, canned tuna...

Personally I think sauerkraut is disgusting but it's a fairly common dish. Schnitzels are very common.
