^^^ I don’t even do that at home. I don’t like having completely bare feet unless I’m sleeping or swimming.

Once I am home I have to be bare foot and socks if I’m freezing but nothing irks my soul then walking into my kitchen and finding has spilled water or dropped an ice cube and socks get wet. **** irks my soul.

same here. Im NEVER barefoot at home.
I wear socks and/or house slides/shoes.
I even sleep in socks so I’m only barefoot when I shower.

I’ve bought several trays over the years to help her prevent messes and to make it easier to transport food from the kitchen to the bedroom.

I’d like to say it’s a habit she had to adopt due to bring sick in bed a lot, but I’m pretty sure she was doing it before she had any health problems
