went to a mom and pop donut shop by my job this morning.
they didn't have a BLT on the breakfast menu but they did have bagel + cream cheese + tomato

I’m glad you mentioned this. Throw an egg in there and it becomes a breakfast sandwich.
A true BLT is just a club sandwich sans cold cuts. (Therefore, making it a lunch sandwich imo)
It’s all good though. Go into a diner and order breakfast during the evening and no one bats an eyelash. No one cares.
You got these cats ordering cappuccino after dinner at Italian restaurants, but in Italy it’s enjoyed with breakfast.

it’s a breakfast sandwich for them. And it’s good too. Not every sandwich needs to have a protein.
