I only chew gum fairly rarely, but when I do I go with Orbit Wintermint or something close to it, depending on what the store has.

I've heavily cut back on chewing gum but when I do I get the teeth whitening ones, even though I'm convinced it doesn't really do anything.

Gum also helps me stay awake sometimes.

This. Because that's basically what it is - a glorified, two story tostada. Although the MP has a different kind of shell. Think's its flour-based instead of corn.

Agree with this. That's why the occassions when I chew gum are mostly when I'm doing a mutli-hour drive somewhere.
