Old bay/butter brushed on before broiling

I make them small enough to eat 2-3

Wouldn't know. First time bothering to try.

Main difference I've seen between the two I brought up is one has better deals overall while the other has better deals for wagyu steaks.

Never even heard of the other but Omaha is no bueno. I’m partial to snake River personally. I’ve had good cuts from porter road too.
