I actually did take a pic in LA.

Finished up a long day of work in Burbank around 5pm. Didn't want to sit in traffic so went to Dog Haus with my asst. and my boy met us. They do serve beer after all.....and we did a sampler platter of sorts.

My favorite was the Cowboy in the back. Dog with cheese, bacon, onions, bbq sauce.

Other 2 were the Sooo Cali and the Scott Baioli.

Can yall please start posting what and from where man. Especially since I might be able to eat at those places.

Made the paste with a ton of stuff. Shrimp paste shallots, galangal, lemon grass etc. then cooked coconut cream till it broke. Then cooked the paste I made. Then add chicken thighs and coconut milk and kafir lime leaves and more aromatics n let her buck.

I think I'm going to roast off some sweet potatoes to throw in with the chicken and rice tomorrow before I serve it.

Sounds dope!  When I was in Thailand, we made curry from scratch at a cooking class and it was bomb.

Nice! I want to get over there one winter and cook for a month or two in a restaurant. Well it's on the bucket list... Just need the time and money :lol:

Grandma's been on a crab kick. Basically crab and a bunch of vegetables cooked in coconut milk. I'm not much of a crab guy, I stuck to the vegetables.
