The prawns were ******* delicious.

Sadly the tortilla tasted like nothing and the octopus was way too salty but cooked well. Kinda disappointed as this place has a lot of hype.

With all that said…… Mexican food is better

I realize there is an American cheese is awful constituency out there

It’s cool. They’re wrong when it comes to its use in melts

That’s why whenever you make a cheese sauce with real cheese I throw a piece of American cheese in and the chemicals keep it from breaking.
 

I think Kenji sums it up well

"I enjoy American cheese on an occasional basis—about as often as I eat a hamburger. I figure that whatever small, unknown danger those chemicals might present is dwarfed by the very well-known dangers of eating too much saturated fat, dairy, and meat. "
 
Some Deli’s sell both white and yellow American cheese, that’s real cheese and it’s good. Doesn’t seem artificial like grocery store bought American singles.
