Had a gift card for panera "bread"
Got this blt with chicken and avocado.
Very plain imo.
I feel like i could make this same thing but better.
Bread was not toasted at all. Maybe you have to ask for it toasted hard or something.
I will never eat there again.

Got a set of Hexclad pans for cheap a few weeks back. They’re honestly way higher quality than I was expecting. Not mad at their performance either. They heat up quickly and evenly and they have a lot more versatility than regular nonstick pans. Only downside for me so far is that they’re slightly less slick than a regular nonstick pan.

Gonna sear some scallops in one tonight and see how it compares to my stainless steel pans.
