OMG, I'm so jelly... Looks like you guys had fun. Fresh made pasta can make all the difference in the world.

It was my first time making pasta and it was easier than I expected. My friends pasta machine certainly made it easier though. A bit messy but I'd definitely do it again. Pasta tasted awesome. Making it was lots of fun.

There were 5 of us so we all made our own balls of dough and took a turn at the pasta machine.
Yeah we did make our own sauces. We went a little meat-heavy on the Bolognese but it still tasted good. It was my first time having aglio et olio and it certainly tasted lighter. The recipe called for a good amount of lemons and it made it taste a little lighter and refreshing; I preferred that one of the two.
