Hitting Angler in SF this Sunday - my boy is the Sous Chef, looking forward. Names best new restaurant in the country.

That’s really a “to taste” kind of issue, so I’m not sure measuring out stuff would help too much. I think you just need to experiment with the proportions; or maybe leave the soy sauce out.

I'll try that and conduct another experiment asap.

Walked past a spa at 11pm by chance. ****s open til 5am. Got a massage for $40. Random lady on road after asked if I wanted a massagy, I told her I just got one. She looked so sad

I've had plenty of massages but none done in a spa.

Never been to a spa.

There's this casino way out in Indiana that has a spa I want to go to. Just gotta wait until next years vacation kicks in. I'm all out!

^^^ Real, professional massages are legit. I prefer a combo of Thai/Swedish methods with medium-hard pressure.

Definitely hit Dotonbori. A ton of restaurants and street food. My favorite was this Kobe beef spot Daigo Kobe Beef.

Didn’t have a single bad meal in Japan. JR pass is well worth it if going cross country. Get a Suica/IC card as well to get around easier on the local metros and bus.

Just had raising canes to try and see if it's not as trash as I thought. It was worse

Batter was peeling off, and no flavor as usual. Bread was just ok. Only thing good is the sauce and fries. Trash chicken overall

Get the premium purple sweet potatoe / Beni imo Kit Kats. Not the ones that have a picture of an actual purple potatoe that’s yellow on the inside. It’ll have a pic of a pastry topped with this purple frosting. Thank me later

In fact, try to find some fried Beni imo. **** was sooooooo good. I had some on a food tour. Don’t remember the exact spot though

Those smoking areas in Shibuya and Shinjuku look ****ing disgusting though. Bout 50 people crammed in a small area puffing away. Probably like Kramer's apartment

Their streets are really clean though, puts NA to shame.

I seen a trash bin with one slot for "burnable garbage" and another for "unburnable garbage"
