Smoked some chicken thighs for dinner. Used the cheap charcoal that I always say I’m not going to because it doesn’t last (but hey, it’s just chicken it’ll be fine…) so I finished them on my gas grill.

Gotta go with a Weber Kettle then. Very forgiving, a great versatile all around grill. You can do almost everything with it aside from high heat (above 500) and cold smoking.

I miss these when i was in grade school. We use to be able to bring bottles of water (no soda)into school during hot days and keep on your desk. Always got these since sparkling was allowed.

First time trying Wing Stop. Lemon Pepper tenders.

These joints were salty af. I had buffalo sauce on the side and it was absolutely necessary. Hint of sweetness on the fries. They were cool.
