Over medium for sandwiches
Poached or sunny side up for avocado toast
Scrambled for breakfast burrito
Over easy when I’m eating the egg with toast and bacon/sausage
So on and so forth

I had to slowly work my way up to eating runny eggs as as adult, now I love it on certain things like burgers.
