All my health markers improved on keto. Lower carb is pretty much how I eat now. One “keto” meal and one balanced meal with a lower carb count

Smoked shredded duck roll in a scallion pancake with hoisin and cabbage

Fried rice with mixed mushroom, pickled shiitake, marinated tofu

Chicken tossed with a dry sichuan chili
 
This is false. You can use heavy exercise to counter a fat boy diet...it just isn't ideal or efficient. :lol:
If you threw a “technically” in there, you’re right lol

You’d have to do cardio or lift literally anytime you’re not eating through the day (assuming it’s all a ton of garbage), and if you’re already 280+ lbs of fat.

For any normal person, you’re not going to lose fat while eating garbage all day. It’s far too easy to stack up 3000+ kcals if you eat 3 meals a day full of fast food or indulgences.

Yea I mean it's just simple mathematics. You can have 5 taco bell burritos just make sure you do 5 burritos worth of working out :lol:
 
Spread for Ramadan Day 9. Pizza from Hangry, Pakistani fare from Kabab King & Al Naimat in Jackson Heights, Queens. Afghan from Bakhtar & some dessert.
