The powers of superfruits and vitamins are astounding.

This is an absolutely life changing thing after watching this docu.

I really recommend watching this (It's on netflix).

I just watched the trailer, and it makes sense. Eating foods devoid of nutrients will put at risk for malnutrition and diseases of civilization, even if the calories are sufficient. Your body will essentially be starving. Eating animal products from animals that are genetically modified and don't eat the diet they're not naturally meant to eat will cause consequences. The food industry is all about money and how to maximize profit, regardless of its effect on the consumer and the environment. The same goes for modern agriculture that is laden with chemicals and are also genetically modified. Crops are grown in nutrient depleted soil, and are essentially destroying the soil. You can take a look at the locations of the earliest civilizations. The Indus Valley and Mesopotamia are now inhospitable to agriculture. Just some food for thought.

It not only talks about the agricultural industry, it also talks about the medical/pharmacutical industry and how they basically fraud you into medicines.
