No it happens to me all the time.
Sometimes they show up sometimes they don't.
It varies for me on my work desktop computer and my Galaxy S8 mobile, but on both I roll with Chrome.
Sometimes Instagram video's only show like the top half or now at all.
Meh... I good though I remember how bad things were with Yuku

I can't watch any twitter videos on here, but I think it's a browser cache issue. If I use NT in incognito mode, I don't have any issues.
