She made the video because she doesn't want people to feel pity for her. She does these videos so people can laugh with her because she wants others to focus on the funny side of her condition. She has her own channel where she does a bunch of other stuff to show people how she deals with her tourettes.
Watching a few of her videos its awesome that she's been able to not take herself seriously and just live her life. There are people out there with her condition that are suffering from depression. Her whole point is that it's not that serious at the end of the day cause things could be worse.
