Long story short ...

Order two pairs of AirMax 2014, received then today and my pair was one and half size bigger and wrong colorway. However, the box seem to be for the pair I order.

The pair for the wife came to be an empty box with the stuff paper in it.

Never had this issue before ... $350+ tax lost?

why not just call footlocker
i had a issue where champs sent me a pair of mint air forces with only 1 shoe
called customer service
they called the store that fulfilled the order
and sent it asap with a bunch of coupons

Check your sizes, make sure it matches the size. Also, make sure the style code matches the box. If you just got the wrong size go into a FTL and exchange it.
As for your wife's "pair", go ahead and call CS.
Report the issue they'll handle it from there, & ship you another pair after their investigation.
Each package slip SHOULD contain a "Prepared By: ) with either the employee name or number. Also, check for the location.
Usually they come from their store locations instead of their warehouse.

going thru a similar situation from Finishline...

ordered my daughter some 1's & they arrived used(quite used & she was quite pissed )
sent them a tweet & quickly got a dm back... they apoligized & sent out a replacement pair yesterday & sent me a return label today, along with taking off shipping.
Im sure the box will be loaded with coupons too
