The secret about Comcast is to be on a promotion. I've been on a promotion for the past 7 years. Every time my promotion with them ends, I call up threatening to cancel my service, they will ask why, just say Verizon/Direct TV/Dish network is offering something better. They will give you a new offer and if you don't like it, hang up and wait 10 minutes then call back. Repeating the same steps. I've had Comcast Boost internet w/ Premium Cable with HBO for $75 for the past 2 years. You just have to catch the right person.

yeah they've sent me 2 digital boxes, and neither has worked. and customer support acts like I'm too dumb to plug 2 wires in the right way
