No not necessarily.

HIV positive people can have babies born HIV negative babies.
Also not everyone that has sex with someone HIV positive will become HIV positive.

Well Forest probably never really had intercourse with her and Forrest Jr is probably not even Forest's, no matter what they try to imply inthe movie.

To this day whenever I watch this movie, I get so angry at Jenny about how she treats Forrest even though I know it's just a movie. I really believe that the fact that people hated her character so much influenced her not getting any big roles for the remainder of her acting career. Jenny I hate you so much.
