Dunno why they even made it. The first time they did the phoenix storyline was also trash.
 
This movie won’t see the light of day in theaters. Now that Pedo Gunn has been given the boot Marvel will expedite their need for a dysfunctional superhero family on screen. F4 is the right choice but it’s gonna take them some time to change the idea of the F4 to the masses. Marvel announcing their own Xmen film would automatically create a buzz
 
yes, they are dumping millions more dollars on reshoots so that it never comes out in theaters...
 
oh Fox is as good as Disneys but if they already dropped $200m on a movie and probably another $50m-$100m set for marketing, you might as well makes as much money from it as you can before it turns into dust once the deal passes

FOX WON’T LET THE ‘GAMBIT’ MOVIE JUST DIE AND COULD SHOOT THIS FEBRUARY IN NEW ORLEANS

Gambit doesn’t seem to want to die and Fox keeps pushing plans to shoot it even though they’ve been having trouble keeping directors on the project. The latest update we have suggests they want to get things rolling just before the Disney/Fox merger is cemented next summer.

We’ve learned Fox is attempting to get production up and running one more time for February 15th in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Previously, we reported that the film would be shooting at Big Easy Studios. Fox has used the stage locale in the past for projects like Logan and Dawn of The Planet of The Apes.

Why are they rushing to push something out that's most likely going to be bad

It's like they want to taint everything before it officially changes hands

It's be better for Disney if they only work on the projects that's been worked on and leave everything else alone

And I totally get it. The deal is done. It just been announced Feige will obviously oversee the X-Men movies and hecs dumping most if not all of those Fox bums. So now they're trying to make as much money for themselves while they still can.

If Tatum is just about a check, he'll do it but if he has some integrity he'll pass. Then Fox will get the b-list guy to star :lol:

Hope they try to scramble together more X-trash before their time is up
 
I really hope what I saw wasn't real, and they need to change the last shot of the trailer, Captain Marvel already beat them to a closeup of the hero going Super Saiyan
