Liberal Fox News analyst Marc Lamont Hill was recently fired, Rupert Murdoch revealed at a shareholder's meeting Friday. Although the reasons forHill's firing remain unclear it seems that it may have been a response to the right wing blogosphere which have been heavily criticizing Hill for hissupport of several controversial figures including former white house employee Van Jones.
I always thought that Dr. Hill provided a lot of incite and perspective whenever he was on. I can't think of any other commentator who challenged Fox'sright wing conservative view of things so well.
Do you guys think that Dr. Hill was fired for his political ideology or to solely further the perception of Fox news as being a one-sided right wing network?
