Do they actually call it Ritas Water Ice in Philly? or is that just your personal preference on what to call it, i only ask bc in Jersey its Rita's Italian Ice.

Its Italian Ice my girl works there. And the pic from OP is a gelati which is the ice with custard on the top n bottom. Mango FTW
