- gang activity (many hispanic and south-east asian gangs)
- people just drink on the weekends...the trees are good though. trees are good anywhere in cali.

San Fran if you are looking for a bigger city and faster pace living.

Sac if you are more comfortable in a smallish town.



Both are nice, but most people will say SF.
