everything from the home screen to when i lock my phone is zoomed. how do i get it back to normal?!

Hold home + sleep/wake button for 7-8 seconds, will turn it off, then hold sleep/wake to turn back on.

use 3 fingers to move around
double tap with 3 fingers to unzoom
Settings -> General Accessibility -> Zoom -> OFF to prevent it from happening in future.

I had to google for the answer. Tried it on my 3g iphone but doesn't seem to have zoom. Is it only for the 3GS?
