I open all my packages in store. Id be a fool to leave the store without getting at least 70% off a damage item.

I bought tickets to japan to propose to my wife also...couldnt wait and ended up proposing in guam 2 months before.
If you're going to propose amd dont want to make a super show put of it go to the big national park in shinjuku. You may still be able to catch the cherry blossoms depending on how weather is.
