If you have any like vintage toy shops in your area, you can trade them in. They’ll take even the commons that nobody really cares about.

Anything valuable, your best bet is eBay or someone here.

Apparently Sheldon and Penny were gone right away so I would expect a bigger drop when the rest of the retailers start selling SDCC ones. May have been a mistake that they were up early.
