I agree with RockDeep. Some might think it's BS but that is how businesses are ran. I work for a subsidiary and we have to pay our parent company for use of office space in their building, marketing material, phone lines, etc... This is needed to quantify loss/profits for a specific company. Since NIKE is a registered trademark, I would believe that they need to pay for the use of NIKE on which appears on any Jordan Brand product. I'm not saying this is a fact, but what I believe might be going on.
